Undergraduate Education
Currently, Jinzhou Medical University (JZMU) has more than 13,000 full-time students, including 8,832 undergraduates from 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country.
The ranking of student sources continued to improve in 2021. Clinical medicine, stomatology, medical imaging, and anesthesiology in provincial five-year key medical majors ranked top 24% in Liaoning province. Five provinces and cities raised their scores higher than the cut-off point for first tier universities and 11 provinces and cities raised their scores by 100 points above the control line.
JZMU was approved by the Ministry of Education as a qualified institution for recruiting students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in 2015.
