Shang Lixin, admitted to Jinzhou Medical College in 1972, is currently a chief physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Beijing Military General Hospital. She is the third-level expert of PLA professional technology, and the tutor of master’s, doctor’s and postdoctoral workstationof the hospital. She is entitled to Special Government Allowance of the State Council. She used to be the vice-chairman of the Professional Committee of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the vice-chairman of China Women’s Mental Health and Development Association and, the leader of the Obstetrics group of the PLA. She was once a consultant of Obstetrics and Gynecology Professional Committee of Beijing Military Region, a member of Eugenics Professional Committee of Beijing Military Region, and a member of Hospital Management Branch of Standing Committee of Maternal and Child Health Care under Chinese Hospital Association.
