On September 28th , the grand ceremony remarking the centenary of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University (JZMU） was held in Jinzhou Workers’ Cultural Palace with the theme of “Virtue and Innovation, Join Hands to Celebrate the Centenary”. Many honorable leaders attended the ceremony, including Wen Deliang, Secretary of the Party Committee of JZMU, Ding Weiguang, President and Vice-secretary of the Party Committee, Qu Wei, Vice-secretary of the Party Committee, Liu Hua, Vice-president,Zhang Lijuan, Vice-president, Ge Hongyuan, Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, heads of all functional departments and schools and former leaders of the hospital. The heads of municipal government, guests from other hospitals and major cooperation partners were also invited to attend the ceremony.
The ceremony was presided by Ai Hao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the Third Affiliated Hospital of JZMU. Mei Xifan, Secretary of the Party Committee of the hospital, on behalf of all staff of the hospital, extended a warm welcome and heartfelt gratitude to all the leaders and guests who attended the ceremony. He reviewed the 100-year development of the hospital, and stressed that at the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, the hospital should focus on the Three-year Action Plan for Innovation and Development of JZMU, create a more brilliant future for the hospital with great passion and high morale, and greet the 20th National Congress of the CPC with practical actions.
Wen Deliang put forward three requirements for the future development of the hospital. In the first place, hospital’s high-quality development should be led by Party construction and deeply integrate with Jinzhou’s construction as a central city; in the second place, we should adhere to the coordinated development of medical treatment, education and research, and fully implement the fundamental task of fostering civic virtue; in the third place, we should push the development of the hospital to a new height with innovation through vigorous and determined endeavor.
Afterwards, Wen Deliang, Ding Weiguang, Zhao Jinbo, Yao Yanlin, Zhou Lijun, Hu Zhansheng, Mei Xifan and Shao Shuli jointly launched the “Cloud Hospital Platform” Cooperation Project of the Third Affiliated Hospital of JZMU together with Neusoft Corporation.
