On October 27th , the team composed of medical workers of the First and Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University returned in triumph after accomplishing the task of fighting against Covid–19 for 64 days in Tibet.
Back to August 25th , the moment the medical team arrived at Lhasa, the doctors and nurses lost no time in carrying out epidemic prevention and control by treating the patients infected with the novel coronavirus.
Adhering to the belief “life and health first”, the 47 doctors and nurses, together with other medical workers from different parts of Liaoning, worked day and night in the makeshift hospital with their excellent medical skills and rich practical experience.
The makeshift hospital was well-run through the strict implementation of informationalized registration, electronic medical record, nucleic acid test, ward inspection, symptomatic treatment, referral and consultation, and pulmonary rehabilitation training.
Due to the contribution to the epidemic prevention and control, the team was widely acclaimed by both the locals and leaders from National Health Commission and other organizations; the team was granted an honorary certificate by the mayor of Lhasa and their exemplary deeds were also reported by the local media.
