On March 30th, the Medical University-Enterprise Alliance Employment Collaboration, namely 2023 Graduates Spring Campus Recruitment Fair of Jinzhou Medical University (JZMU) was held successfully, aiming to build a platform for employers and graduates to choose in the mutual ways and promote high-quality employment career for the 2023 graduates of JZMU. President Ding Weiguang, the directors of the Office of Enrollment and Employment and heads and advisers of each school attended the fair to offer guidance to assist both employers and graduates. More than 2000 graduates of JZMU participated in this job fair.
This job fair was the one in the largest scale with the largest number of positions offered and the widest coverage of employment units. More than 370 employment units from 20 provinces and cities across the country were invited, in which 89 Class A tertiary hospitals, 40 tertiary hospitals, 44 agricultural and engineering related units, providing 20388 positions with a demand of 24182 people, The ratio of the number of graduates to the number of job requirements is 1:10.31.
The graduates had face-to-face communication with the employer at booths in the job fair, and over 700 graduates found their intensive job position and 40 graduates signed agreements with the employment associations.
Jinzhou Medical University will hold various types of recruitment activities to provide comprehensive employment services to secure more graduates of 2023 will obtain full employment in the future.
