On May 18th, the 2024 “Charming Xinjiang, Talents Gathering in Tacheng” Talent Recruitment Fair was held in JZMU. The fair was hosted by Tacheng Regional Committee, Tacheng Regional Administrative Office, and Jinzhou Medical University, and organized by the Tacheng Regional Party Committee Organization Department and the Tacheng Regional Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. With a total of 46 public institutions from the Tacheng region coming to recruit, the fair offered 88 positions and planned to introduce 116 professional talents with undergraduate and master’s degrees in education, health, economics, engineering, etc. Various forms such as promotion meetings, symposiums, and job fairs were held to attract talents from Jinzhou Medical University, Bohai University, and Liaoning University of Technology.
President Qu Wei, Chi Guojun, head of the Organization Department Tacheng Regional Committee and other cadres supporting Xinjiang attended the fair. Vice-president Zhong Hongshan presided over the fair.
The job fair attracted thousands of graduating students from the three universities in Jinzhou to consult. The staff of the recruitment units patiently answered the students’ concerns about salary treatment, life security, talent introduction policies, etc., through face-to-face communication. 77 graduates from the three universities have signed employment intention agreements, and hundreds of people have conducted employment consultations.
